Thorn Apple is a Jack Kidwell designed course and was opened in 1966. It has many challenging holes, including a 245 yard par three. If you want length, you can stretch your round out by playing the back tees at over 7,000 yards. The greens are generous and the fairways are challenging to hit. If you can hit these fairways, you can hit any fairways. While out playing you may see some wildlife such as redtail hawks, ducks, geese and an occasional deer.
We try to keep the pace of the course at 4 1/2 hours so everyone can have an enjoyable round.
